Terms and Conditions

Thai Kitchen Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order through www.jaisiam.sg or our catering hotline at 8118 3202.

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to them, please do not place an order through the website or hotline.

Cancelling Your Catering Order

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email or WhatsApp and received before 17:00 Singapore time. All notice periods are calculated in calendar days.

• At least seven days before the function date: No cancellation charge.
• Between two and six days before the function date: A $30 administrative fee ($32.70 including GST) applies.
• One day before the function date: A cancellation charge equal to 50% of the full GST-inclusive order amount applies.
• On the function date: A cancellation charge equal to 100% of the full GST-inclusive order amount applies.

Rescheduling Your Catering Order

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing by email or WhatsApp and received before 17:00 Singapore time. All notice periods are calculated in calendar days.

• At least three days before the event date: No rescheduling fee.
• One or two days before the event date: A $30 administrative fee ($32.70 including GST) applies.
• On the event date: Rescheduling is not permitted.

Each order may be rescheduled once only. The rescheduled order is subject to the prices applicable to the new event date. Rescheduling is not available during the festive season.
